Due to the custom nature of our printed items, we are unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds once an order is placed.

Digital products purchased through Etsy or okloolea.com are final sale and non-refundable. Given digital products' instant delivery and nature, all sales are final. Should you encounter any issues with printing your digital product, please consult our print guide or contact us for assistance. We're here to help you achieve the best printing results.

If your custom-printed item arrives damaged, has incorrect printing, or is unsatisfactory in quality, it is eligible for a refund. To initiate a return, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the cost of the item along with your return shipping expenses.

To request a return for an item purchased from our Etsy shop, please reach out to us via Etsy messaging. For items bought through okloolea.com, contact us through our website's contact form with the subject "Return Requested." Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
